Update Chapters Customizations

Applies a partial update to a media's chapter customizations. Only the fields
supplied are changed; sending a field as null deletes it.

Requires api token with one of the following permissions

Read, update & delete anything

Table-of-contents chapters for the media. Use the chapters plugin for
video and audioChapters for audio. Partial update; send a field as null to
